I had to run early today in order to make it to Trevor's basketball game so I opted to run at the gym again. I ran the first 5 miles at an 8:34 pace and then ran the remaining miles at an 8:27 pace. I didn't want to overdue it considering I had felt ill but I also wanted to make it a good workout. I drank Gatorade at 4, 8, and 12 miles and didn't have any problems with the pace or the distance. I ran the 14 miles in 1:59:39 which is an 8:32 pace.
Total mileage for the week: 38 miles
